At The Scent Reserve, we want you to find your perfect signature fragrance. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange unopened products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to receive a unique Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Fragrance

  Carefully place the item in its original, unopened packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with protective padding.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
